Couples and Family Therapy
I love working with couples and families. I have specialized training in couples therapy from the William Alanson White Institute, where I trained in interpersonal psychoanalytic and systemic approaches with couples, and I have additional training in sex therapy and parent coaching.
I have been practicing family therapy for over ten years, specializing in working with families struggling with eating disorders. My expertise with child and adolescent therapy enhances my ability to help couples and families build and maintain healthy intimate relationships that meet their needs and allow them to grow. My systems-centered training, with both Internal Family Systems and group therapy approaches, also supports my work with couples and families — as systems capable of positive change, development and healing.
I work with all types of couples and families. LGBTQ+ folks, nontraditional family arrangements, new relationships, adult siblings, parents with young kids, families navigating divorce—I have a wide variety of experience with couples and families and am dedicated to helping you make positive and lasting changes in your family and relationships.
